How It Works
Service Area
VanGoose Crate Rental serves most of the greater Cincinnati and Dayton areas (excluding Kentucky). So if you are moving from and to a location within 30 miles of Lebanon OH (pictured above), we have you covered.

Book Your Crates
From studio apartments to single family homes, our crate rental packages help you get the job done. Crates can be booked as soon as 2 days in advance for an entire week.
Drop Off and Pickup
Once booked, your crates will be delivered to your home by 7am at the beginning of your rental period. After your rental period ends, place your crates in an easy to access location at your new home, and we’ll pick them up.
To prepare for pick up, nest all your empty crates into stacks of 15. You can also fill up to 2 crates with moving paper and bubble wrap and we will haul it away. Even less mess.

FAQs
How Will I Know When My Crates Have Been Delivered?
At the beginning of your rental period, you will receive SMS updates when your crates are out for delivery and when they have been delivered to the address found on your booking. If you live in an apartment complex where your front door is not accessible to the public, your driver will message you when they have arrived at the property so that they can be escorted.
Why Is There a Deposit?
We require a deposit to be made at checkout in order to secure your reservation. If you change your mind about using our services, cancel 24 hours in advance of crate drop off (service start date at 7:00 am) to be refunded. We cannot refund any deposits with shorter notice.
What If My Pickup Address Falls Outside of the Service Area, Despite My Drop Off Address Falling Within the Service Area
If you are moving to or from a location that falls just outside of our service area, please contact us before you book so that we can determine whether we can provide service.
What If I Need More Crates, or, Need to Extend My Rental for Another Week
If additional crates or an extension to your rental agreement is needed, please contact us so that we can determine availability.

My wife and I moved three times in four years. We get it. Moving is a pain! When we moved back to Ohio to be closer to the ones we loved, we knew there needed to be a better option. After moving day, we were swimming in broken down boxes, paper, and bubble wrap. We parceled the waste into the trash for weeks to make it fit our trash cans on trash day.
