What to Expect When You Rent Moving Crates with VanGoose Crate Rental LLC: A Step-by-Step Guide

There are 5 different crate rental bundles designed to fit your needs that include professional moving equipment such as dollies, hand trucks, ratchet straps, and moving blankets. We service a 30 mi radius from Lebanon, OH (excluding Kentucky). Both your current home and your new home must fall within the service zone. If you have any questions please reach out to our team and we would be happy to help.

2. Book your bundle
We offer plastic moving crate rental bundles from Studio - 4 Bedroom, ranging from 15 to 50 crates.

At checkout, select your rental period. All rentals start at 1 week and bookings can be made as few as 2 days in advance of delivery. Need more time? Just reach out to our team and we can extend your rental.
Rental Period Selection
Deposit Policy: a 50% deposit at check out in order to secure your reservation. If you change your mind about using our service no problem! You can cancel 24 hours in advance of crate drop-off (service start date at 7:00 am) to be refunded. We cannot refund any deposits with shorter notice.
3. Crates Delivered
Once booked, your crates will be delivered to your home by 7am on the first day of your rental.
Live in a gated or key accessed community? Please be prepared to meet us at 7am at the entrance to your community or apartment building. Your delivery driver will text you in advance of arrival.
On the last day of your rental, place your crates in an easy to access location by 7pm at your new home. We’ll pick them up. If your living community requires a key or is otherwise closed to the public, please be prepared to meet us at 7pm at the entrance to your community.
To prepare for pick up, nest all your empty crates into stacks of 15. Feel free to fill up to two crates with moving paper or bubble wrap and we will haul it away. Even less mess.
